1. Service description

Ida provides managed business development services for businesses across the interiors industry. Our service includes opportunity monitoring, outreach execution, relationship management, and pipeline reporting as described on our website and agreed in your service agreement.

2. What we do and don't do

We generate and manage opportunities on your behalf. We do not close deals, negotiate fees, write proposals, or manage post-appointment client relationships. Pitching, contracting, and design delivery remain your responsibility.

3. Subscription and payment

  • Services are billed monthly in advance.
  • You may change tier with 30 days' written notice.
  • Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. This includes your contact lists, target profiles, pipeline data, and outreach content. We will never share your business information with competitors or third parties.

5. Limitation of liability

Ida provides business development support but does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the current billing period.

6. Intellectual property

Content created specifically for your business (outreach drafts, relationship briefs, etc.) belongs to you. Our systems, processes, and proprietary methodologies remain our intellectual property.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
